Job Description
The role involves developing and supporting visual system solutions, including camera and lighting selection, for product testing and quality inspection in the electric vehicle and energy storage technology industry, with a focus on research, development, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide product selection and system vision solutions (light source, camera, etc.) based on external department needs
- Research and develop new testing requirements and key processes for visual systems
- Support the transformation and upgrade of testing equipment
- Improve visual standardization within management processes
- Develop and apply visual CCD and optics solutions, including software applications like Halcon, OpenCV, and Cognex
- Select appropriate cameras, lenses, and light sources based on project requirements
- Develop CCD vision solutions and appearance defect detection systems
Requirements
- Professional background knowledge of visual CCD and optics.
- Experience in Halcon, OpenCV, Cognex and other visual software application development.
- Familiar with various types of cameras, lenses, light sources and other related characteristics and selection.
- Experience in CCD vision solution development and appearance defect detection.
- Engineering Degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation/salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 (plus bonus and benefits)
