Job Description
The role involves developing and supporting visual system solutions for product testing and quality inspection, including research, process development, and technical support for equipment transformation within the company's manufacturing and R&D operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide product selection and system vision solutions (light source, camera, etc.) to meet project requirements based on external department needs
- Research and develop new testing requirements and visually independent key processes
- Support the transformation and upgrade of new and existing equipment
- Improve visual standardization within the management area
- Develop and apply visual CCD and optics solutions, including software applications like Halcon, OpenCV, and Cognex
- Select and optimize cameras, lenses, and light sources based on their characteristics for visual solutions
- Develop CCD vision solutions and perform appearance defect detection
Requirements
- Professional background knowledge of visual CCD and optics.
- Experience in Halcon, OpenCV, Cognex and other visual software application development.
- Familiar with various types of cameras, lenses, light sources and other related characteristics and selection.
- Experience in CCD vision solution development and appearance defect detection.
- Engineering Degree or equivalent experience.
