Job Description
The role involves expanding Gotion's business in European and African markets through sales, project management, technical customer support, and coordination of internal resources to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction in the new energy industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand business in European and African markets according to strategic plans and achieve sales targets.
- Identify key projects and manage sales processes, including business matching, project advancement, negotiations, and contract signing.
- Communicate customer product requirements through technical sales support.
- Coordinate internal production resources to ensure smooth R&D project progress and product delivery.
- Lead project quotations by analyzing competitor pricing and raw material costs in line with company pricing strategies.
- Organize meetings for problem resolution, process optimization, and project delivery, including post-sales technical support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Having a second language may be preferred.
- More than 1 year of sales experience or engaged in technical positions in the new energy industry; excellent conditions can be relaxed for suitable candidates.
- Good sense of teamwork and ability to handle internal and external relations.
- Knowledge of basic business etiquette.
- Ability to independently receive customer visits.
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to adapt to frequent travel.
- Strong ability to resist pressure and adaptability.
- Logical and clear thinking skills.
- Mastery of certain negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive.
- More than 1 year of working experience in Gotion; excellent conditions can be relaxed for suitable candidates.
