Job Description
This role involves building and managing the after-sales service system for Gotion's electric vehicle and energy storage products in Europe and Africa, including customer relationship management, technical training, and coordinating with R&D and quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct and manage the after-sales team in EU-AF.
- Build the after-sales service system and establish operational standards in Europe and Africa.
- Design service experiences and develop customer satisfaction monitoring and improvement systems.
- Plan and develop the Euro-African after-sales technical training system and content.
- Collect, analyze, and report customer complaints; collaborate with R&D and quality departments to resolve faults.
- Maintain customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
- Establish and improve the Euro-African after-sales maintenance system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English as the working language.
- Willingness to accept frequent travel.
- At least 5 years of overseas after-sales management experience.
- Familiarity with car companies and battery products, including knowledge of warranty terms.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong sense of teamwork.
- Good at negotiation and contract control.
- Understanding of overseas service outsourcing.
- Experience in establishing and managing self-built after-sales teams.
