Job Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist at Gotion Inc. is responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining accurate accounts payable records at the company's manufacturing facility in Illinois.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure timely payments to vendors
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
- Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports
- Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Manager to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable
- Experience with accounting software such as SAP or Oracle ERP
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Benefits & Perks
U.S. base salary range of $60,000 to $80,000, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits
