Job Description
The Training and Development Specialist at GoodLeap is responsible for designing and delivering training programs, primarily focusing on new hire onboarding, remediation, and change management, to enhance employee performance and confidence within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver training programs for new hire onboarding, remediation, and change management
- Design scalable and sustainable learning solutions to address performance gaps and promote employee readiness
- Collaborate with departmental leaders and the Senior Training and Development Manager to develop training initiatives
- Support smooth transitions during process or system changes through targeted training
Requirements
- Create and deliver effective training programs that ensure employees are set up for success from day one, with a focus on new hire onboarding, targeted remediation training, and supporting change management initiatives.
- Design scalable and sustainable learning solutions that address performance gaps, promote employee readiness, and support smooth transitions during process or system changes.
- Work closely with the Senior Training and Development Manager and departmental leaders to develop training content and programs.
- Operate both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams to help employees build confidence and competence within their roles.
- Possess experience in developing and delivering training programs, particularly related to onboarding, remediation, and change management.
- Demonstrate the ability to design learning solutions that promote employee readiness and facilitate smooth organizational transitions.
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively deliver training and collaborate with various teams.
- Have the ability to adapt training methods to different audiences and organizational needs.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development or related roles.
- Have a relevant educational background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
