Job Description
A Senior Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enhancements to GoodLeap's Salesforce platform using a mix of custom and low-code solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to support either Mortgage Sales or Consumer Solutions functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy new or enhanced Salesforce functionality
- Collaborate with Solution Analysts, Engineering Managers, and peer teams to implement solutions
- Utilize custom code and low-code/declarative tools to develop solutions
- Support enhancements for either Mortgage Sales or Consumer Solutions within Salesforce instances
- Take ownership of end-to-end development tasks and continuously improve skills
Requirements
- Experience supporting the ongoing enhancement of Salesforce platforms, including designing, developing, and deploying new or enhanced functionality across two instances of Salesforce.
- Ability to develop solutions using a mix of custom code and low-code development, utilizing declarative tools when possible.
- Experience working closely with Solution Analysts, Engineering Managers, peer developers, and peer technology teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Ownership of work end to end, demonstrating high curiosity, engagement, and continuous learning in Salesforce development.
- Ability to support either Mortgage Sales or Consumer Solutions enhancements within Salesforce, depending on team assignment.
- Experience working in a hybrid role with at least one day per week reporting into a tech hub.
