Job Description
The Senior Product Manager at GoodLeap is responsible for developing and executing innovative product strategies within the Mortgage Lending ecosystem, focusing on creating user-friendly, impactful financial solutions for sustainable home improvements while collaborating across multiple teams to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative, best-in-class solutions across various platforms in the Mortgage Lending ecosystem.
- Shape the product roadmap and vision based on customer needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Mortgage Sales, Operations, Credit Risk, Compliance, and Marketing to build user-friendly experiences.
- Solve customer needs by developing simple and easy interactions for borrowers and employees.
- Drive the development of products that serve millions of users, with a focus on fintech solutions.
Requirements
- Experience as a Senior Product Manager responsible for delivering innovative, best-in-class solutions across various platforms in a mortgage lending ecosystem.
- Ability to shape the roadmap and vision for products and platforms related to mortgage lending.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Mortgage Sales, Operations, Credit Risk, Compliance, and Marketing.
- Strong customer focus with a demonstrated obsession with solving customer needs and making interactions simple and easy.
- Experience with fintech products that serve millions of people.
