Job Description
The Senior Associate of Strategic Initiatives is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies for GoodLeap, involving stakeholder engagement, market analysis, partnership evaluation, and overseeing business operations across the entire lifecycle to support the company's expansion in sustainable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to support GoodLeap's growth
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct market research and analysis
- Evaluate and implement build, buy, or partnership options
- Set goals and guidelines for strategic initiatives
- Oversee operations from planning through execution
- Engage in activities related to distributed energy, capital markets, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions
- Prepare and deliver presentations to executives and board members
Requirements
- Experience in developing and executing strategies that support company growth.
- Ability to liaise and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience conducting market research and analysis.
- Experience evaluating and executing build vs. buy vs. partnership arrangements.
- Ability to set goals and guidelines for strategic initiatives.
- Experience overseeing operations from planning to execution.
- Experience working across the entire lifecycle of a business.
- High level of visibility and communication skills for internal and external audiences.
- Experience in distributed energy, including knowledge of renewable energy solutions.
- Experience in capital markets.
- Experience managing joint venture (JV) partnership relationships and agreements.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations to executives and board members.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (implied, as the role requires a high level of expertise).
- Minimum of several years of professional experience in related fields (implied, as the role is senior-level).
Benefits & Perks
Compensation range of $125,000 - $200,000 annually DOE
