Job Description
A Senior AI Solutions Engineer responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions using various tools and AI-driven features to improve operational efficiency and productivity across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build automation solutions using tools like Zapier, N8N, Atlassian JSM, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365, and AWS services
- Integrate AI-driven features into processes to improve efficiency and intelligence
- Lead discovery initiatives, gather requirements, and design solutions for automation
- Implement automation solutions using scripting languages and automation platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop robust automation solutions
Requirements
- Experience in designing and building automations using tools such as Zapier, N8N, Atlassian JSM, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365, and AWS services.
- Strong foundation in leading discovery initiatives, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing them using automation platforms and scripting languages.
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, design robust solutions, and implement automation that reduces manual effort and enhances productivity.
