Job Description
A Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enhancements to GoodLeap's Salesforce platform, working closely with cross-functional teams to create solutions using custom and low-code tools in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy new or enhanced Salesforce functionality.
- Collaborate with Solution Analysts, Engineering Managers, and peer teams to implement solutions.
- Utilize custom code and low-code declarative tools to develop Salesforce solutions.
- Support enhancements for either Mortgage Sales or Consumer Solutions Salesforce instances.
Requirements
- Experience supporting the ongoing enhancement of Salesforce platforms, including designing, developing, and deploying new or enhanced functionality across two instances of Salesforce.
- Ability to develop solutions using a mix of custom code and low-code development, utilizing declarative tools when possible.
- Experience working closely with Solution Analysts, Engineering Managers, peer developers, and peer technology teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.
- Ownership of work end to end, demonstrating high curiosity, engagement, and continuous learning in Salesforce development.
- Ability to support either Mortgage Sales or Consumer Solutions enhancements within Salesforce, depending on assignment.
- Experience working in a hybrid work environment, with the ability to report one day a week into the nearest tech hub.
