Job Description
The Manager, Servicing Enablement oversees the operational performance of third-party sub-servicers in mortgage and HELOC servicing, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and scalability in various servicing activities within a regulated financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operational performance of third-party sub-servicers
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for mortgage and HELOC servicing operations
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable execution of servicing activities
- Manage operational details including payment processing, billing logic, and interest calculations
- Handle customer inquiries and delinquency management
- Support credit reporting and investor reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and lifecycle servicing events
- Maintain structured oversight of vendor execution
Requirements
- Oversee the day-to-day operational performance of third-party sub-servicers in mortgage and HELOC servicing operations.
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert for mortgage and HELOC servicing operations.
- Ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable execution of servicing activities within a regulated financial services environment.
- Operate deep in the operational details, including payment processing, billing logic, interest calculations, customer inquiries, delinquency management, credit reporting, investor reporting support, regulatory requirements, and lifecycle servicing events.
- Maintain structured oversight of vendor execution in servicing activities.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation: 110,000 - 130,000 annually
