Job Description
The Director, Servicing Enablement is responsible for leading the execution and integration of servicing strategies across all products, ensuring operational readiness, technical alignment, and scalability, while coordinating between various internal teams and third-party partners to deliver seamless servicing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and integration of servicing strategies across all products, including Loans and TPO.
- Ensure servicing operations are prepared, technically aligned, and scalable across internal teams and third-party sub-servicers.
- Manage servicing-related product updates, business changes, system enhancements, and new product implementations.
- Translate business objectives into executable servicing solutions by understanding servicing processes, system architecture, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate between Product, Technology, Compliance, Capital Markets, Core Operations, and sub-servicers to deliver seamless servicing capabilities.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of servicing processes, system architecture, sub-servicer models, and regulatory requirements in order to translate business objectives into executable servicing solutions.
- Experience leading the execution and integration of servicing strategies across multiple products, including Loans, TPO, and future product launches.
- Ability to ensure Servicing is operationally prepared, technically aligned, and scalable across internal teams and third-party sub-servicers.
- Serve as the execution authority for servicing-related product updates, business changes, system enhancements, and new product implementations.
- Function as the connective layer between Product, Technology, Compliance, Capital Markets, Core Operations, and sub-servicers to ensure seamless delivery of servicing capabilities across the enterprise.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation range: $130,000 - $160,000 annually
