Job Description
The Capital Markets Analyst supports the execution of funding strategies and manages solar and home improvement loans by performing transaction execution, cash flow modeling, investor reporting, and performance monitoring within GoodLeap's structured products team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of GoodLeap's funding strategy and manage solar and home improvement loans
- Contribute to transaction execution and cash flow modeling
- Prepare investor reports and monitor the ongoing performance of outstanding transactions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Apply knowledge of securitizations and cash flow modeling to support capital markets activities
Requirements
- Strong base knowledge in securitizations and cash flow modeling.
- Ability to support the execution of funding strategy and manage solar and home improvement loans.
- Experience contributing to transaction execution, cash flow modeling, investor reporting, and ongoing performance monitoring of outstanding transactions.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Sound judgment and independent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic capital markets environment.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation range: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, plus bonus
