Job Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for recruiting and qualifying new Home Improvement Contractors to join GoodLeap, helping them access financing solutions, and collaborating with the team to ensure partner success in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify prospective Home Improvement Contractors to join GoodLeap
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure partner success
- Assist Home Improvement Contractors in accessing loan programs
- Proactively develop new partnership opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a demonstrated ability to proactively identify and qualify prospective partners or clients.
- Experience working with Home Improvement Contractors or in the sustainable solutions, solar, or home efficiency industry is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team to ensure overall partner success.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate transparent customer communication and business intelligence sharing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment and adapt to changing responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers.
- Willingness to help contractors access and understand loan programs and financing options for sustainable solutions.
- Physical and mental capacity to perform job duties, including proactive outreach and qualification of partners, with no specific physical demands stated but implied as necessary for proactive engagement.

Benefits & Perks
