Job Description
The Business Analyst, Process Automation, is responsible for analyzing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing scalable automation solutions to improve operational efficiency using low-code/no-code tools, while collaborating with business leaders and ensuring process optimization.

Requirements
- Proficiency in process automation platforms such as Zapier, Power Automate, UiPath, or Workato.

- Strong business acumen and ability to engage with business leaders to translate process challenges into automation requirements.
- Detail-oriented and analytically minded with the ability to analyze processes and workflows.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
