Job Description
A Solutions Engineer responsible for designing and implementing AI-powered automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity across GoodLeap using various automation tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build automation solutions using tools such as Zapier, N8N, Atlassian JSM, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365, and AWS services.
- Integrate AI-driven features into processes to enhance efficiency and intelligence.
- Lead discovery initiatives, gather requirements, and design solutions for automation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Implement automation solutions to reduce manual effort and increase productivity.
Requirements
- Experience in designing and building automations using tools such as Zapier, N8N, Atlassian JSM, Slack, Zoom, Microsoft 365, and AWS services.
- Strong foundation in leading discovery initiatives, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and implementing them using automation platforms and scripting languages.
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, design robust solutions, and implement automation that reduces manual effort and enhances productivity.
