The Lead Supply Specialist manages the transactional and information flow of the supply plan for the segment.

Support tactical execution of supply plans within the segment while aligning to safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets of the business
Keep ERP systems and tools up to date and accurate to the current supply plan.
Regularly monitor, identify and resolve barriers to execution of the supply plan both in the direction of demand planning and with manufacturing sites
Proactively communicate through regular mechanisms the status and issues in the creation or execution of the supply plan with schedulers and planners

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical, Business, Supply Chain
OR a high school diploma / GED and with a minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, materials planning, inventory management or warehouse/distribution centers.
APICS certifications (CPIM and/or CSCP)
Global experience working with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities, act independently, and use sound judgment
Change agent with energy, passion and enthusiasm
ERP [SAP(PMx), Baan, Oracle (Zeal)] experience in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to use lean tools for continuous improvement
