Job Description

The sourcing leader drives supplier strategy and commercial sourcing activities for a defined portfolio within commissioning and construction projects, ensuring an optimal balance of cost, quality, risk, and performance.

Requirements

Significant experience in Sourcing & Commodity Management, commissioning and construction projects
Knowledge level generally comparable to a Masters degree from an accredited university/college, or a high school diploma with substantial, relevant experience.
Language fluency in English and French (written and oral).
Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences
Proven interpersonal and leadership skills, with experience motivating and guiding cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
Track record of successfully leading programs and projects from initiation through completion
Skilled in documenting, planning, and marketing initiatives, and executing programs to achieve defined objectives
Established project management capabilities, including scope, schedule, risk, and stakeholder management
