Job Description Summary
The Senior Commercial Risk Mitigation Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of risk processes during the commercial (Inquiry-to-Order) phase. This role serves as a subject matter expert for complex contract negotiations, risk reviews, and compliance—with a specialized focus on commercial and U.S. Government contracting. The incumbent drives rigorous risk assessment, contract redlining, and strategic engagement with internal and external stakeholders to ensure commercial intensity, policy adherence, and successful deal closure throughout the project lifecycle.
