Located in the heart of Switzerland, our Oberentfelden facility is a global center of excellence for High-Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS).

Technical apprenticeship combined with a degree as an Engineer or Technician (BSc/FH/HF) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field.
Several years of experience in Production Quality, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Quality.
Proven methodological expertise in "Root Cause Analysis" (RCA) and quality tools (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA) to sustainably identify and resolve underlying issues.
Solution-oriented approach with a rapid grasp of technical challenges, specifically focused on minimizing production downtime.
Advanced Excel skills; proficiency in SAP and Power BI is highly desirable.
Experience within high-voltage equipment, Gas Insulated Substations (GIS), or other switchgear products is an advantage.
Fluent in German and good English are required.
