This is a boots-on-the-ground role for someone who knows the reality of a shop floor—where the safety of 300+ people depends on your ability to spot hazards, manage industrial risks, and coach production teams on the line. This role reports to the Plant Leader and will lead a team of 4 direct employees. It will be aligned to the overall Global Value Stream EHS organization as well. The role guides the Pensacola generator plant EHS projects, and ways of working. You will drive quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Has significant input into plant priorities. The role is guided by professional EHS practices and policies. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.
