Manufacturing Shop Operations Manager

Job Description Summary
Are you a dynamic and analytical professional with a passion for manufacturing operations? We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead and manage our shop floor manufacturing operations convert customer engineering inputs such as lay-out and wiring lists into manufacturing outputs . In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and executing sales orders from various customers, ensuring the highest standards of quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery. You will also communicate with Europe engineering project clusters to provide updates on the manufacturing status of sales orders.
Key responsibilities include preparing detailed project plans, manage production´s manpower, support conversion of engineering inputs into manufacturing outputs, interfacing with suppliers, executing and analyzing production work orders, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Additionally, you will investigate stock issues, support lean manufacturing projects, and track key process indicators.
If you hold a degree in advanced vocational training or technical degree in Electric-Electronic Engineering, electro-mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering, you are proficient in Spanish and English, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, we want to hear from you!
