Job Description

As a member of the Operations team, you will help lead safe, reliable, and efficient shop operations while supporting your team in meeting production goals, improving quality and productivity, and driving continuous improvement across the Generator Cell.

Requirements

Bachelor or Associate’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing role
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, repair, or services environment.
Prior leadership experience in a similar setting.
Willing and able to work extended shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed
This role will not provide sponsorship
This position is 100% onsite at the GE Richmond Service Center
