Job Description
The Lead Reporting Manager is primarily responsible for the strategic management and continuous development of the reporting landscape across multiple HVDC megaprojects at portfolio level.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and continuously improve the reporting framework across several HVDC megaprojects at a portfolio level.
- Ensure the preparation, consistency, and quality of reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, program leadership, and steering committees.
- Analyze complex project data to identify key trends and deviations, and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Coordinate cross-project data inputs to deliver accurate, comparable, and timely monthly progress reporting, including all key KPIs at the project level according to customer requirements.
- Work closely with project and program managers to monitor progress, support strategic decisions, and communicate key insights.
- Facilitate management and stakeholder meetings with well-structured reporting presentations.
- Support risk identification and mitigation efforts through KPI and variance analysis.
- Provide guidance and onboarding support to other reporting leads and new team members.
- Promote a high-performance, ownership-driven culture in line with the principle: “Run it like you own it.”
