Job Description

The Industrialisation Engineer – Manufacturing will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes and systems for GE Vernova’s power electronics products used in its global HVDC projects.

Requirements

You will have a good general education, strong communication skills and previous experience in a manufacturing environment supporting production equipment.
SAP experience would be an advantage, although full training will be provided.
An enquiring mind and a willingness to learn are essential.
Strong commitment to EHS compliance and safe working practices
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
Experience in a manufacturing environment with assembly and test knowledge
Experience with automated assembly and test equipment
Experience in maintenance strategy, TPM, OEE improvement or reliability-based improvement activities
Experience with PFMEA and Design for Manufacture
Ability to identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Good communication skills and willingness to share knowledge
