What Impact You’ll Make
The Hydro EHS Leader is a strategic member of both the Hydro Projects and EHS organizations, driving streamlined HYD EHS communication and decision-making. This leader develops strategies to address the EHS risks and challenges unique to Hydro Installations and Projects and leads the EHS team to implement and operationalize them.
The Hydro EHS Leader supervises the Project EHS Standards and the Construction & Commissioning (C&C) Leadership Team to plan, implement, and maintain Project EHS Standards at Hydro Project Sites, ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory, regulatory, contractual, and company requirements.
The Hydro EHS Leader will travel to Project Sites globally to audit and ensure all EHS requirements are complied with by the site teams and drive appropriate improvements as needed. Consistent travel will be required across Hydro presence regions: ASIA, EMEA, CAN, US & LATAM.
This position reports functionally to the Hydro Business Operations Lead.
