Job Description Summary
The Gas Power Configuration Management (CM) organization is responsible for transforming product requirements as well as engineering design intent into actionable product definition. This product definition includes logical bill of material (BOM) product structure and product features (Marketing/Configuration Features). We also manage project documentation needs, internally and externally and collect and organize the document configuration.

Vous serez chargé(e) de veiller à ce que les processus de documentation critiques favorisent la standardisation, assurent une structure et un flux cohérents et soient optimisés pour l’accessibilité. Vous servirez de trait d'union entre les besoins opérationnels, les systèmes techniques et les exigences réglementaires afin de mettre en place des processus standardisés qui améliorent la productivité et atténuent les risques liés à l'information.
Through utilization of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) space, we are able to deliver on-time and quality product definition to supply chain functions globally. Gas Power end customers are also partners and consumers of CM output.
This position is for Document Management Category Owner within Gas Power’s Engineering tool set related to the execution of projects, defining how we plan, structure and execute internal and external document delivery (standards and customer specific).
Job Description
As the Document Management Category Owner, you will serve as the strategic lead for the organization’s end-to-end (W2W) documentation lifecycle. You are responsible for ensuring that critical business documentation processes drive standardization, consistent structuring and flow through the process and areoptimized for accessibility. You will bridge the gap between operational needs, technical systems, and regulatory requirements to drive standardized processes that enhance productivity and mitigate information risk.
