Job Description

Key Responsibilities

You will build foundational expertise through an immersive experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment
This internship will give you a 360-degree view of how energy technology is built, using a foundation of lean
Work with a team of skilled technicians on the floor, providing support and troubleshooting equipment and process issues to ensure safety, quality and productivity
In a Quality, Lean, or Manufacturing Engineering focused position, you’ll eliminate waste and optimize production
Conduct root cause analysis to address production issues and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
Identify opportunities for automation and implement advanced technologies to enhance manufacturing capabilities
Gain access to senior leaders and dedicated career coaching to help you navigate your path

Requirements

Must be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program from an accredited college or university in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Energy related majors will be considered.
