Analyze and develop detailed financial models to support structuring, valuation, and risk analysis on projects and companies. Handle complex data analysis with focus on accuracy and detail.
Assist in preparing pitches, memos, and other documentation for internal approval processes and internal reports. Manage deliverables according to transaction timelines, including short turnaround requests.
Manage routine activities of portfolio assets, including operating reviews, monthly and quarterly reporting, and valuations. Ensure administrative compliance with deal terms. Clearly communicate asset performance.
Conduct industry and company research, including risk analysis.
Support special projects, Lean initiatives, CRO/CIO Office, and new business development opportunities.
Apply general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Utilize this context to understand how work of own team contributes to the area.
Resolve issues and comply with established procedures being resourceful in consulting with People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters.
