Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Business or other technical or business-related field or equivalent experiences
Proven leadership experience in construction and commissioning within the energy or heavy industrial sector stemming more than 15 years of direct relevant expertise
Deep understanding of construction methodologies, commissioning processes, and industry best practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive operational excellence.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Ability to champion and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Experience working in diverse cultural, environmental, and political environments across the globe.
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing long-term client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to navigate complex challenges and drive solutions in a dynamic environment.
Commitment to fostering a learning organization and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Deliver on time, on budget, in accordance with GEV priorities of SQDC, in that order
**Flexible on location for the right candidate**
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $220,000 and $320,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
