Job Description

People leader of a highly technical manufacturing cell employing various assembly and testing technologies of large-scale power plant equipment within a fast-growing Generator and Power business.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and minimum 6 years of experience in manufacturing with at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role OR High School Diploma/GED and minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience and 6 years manufacturing supervisory role.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
