Job Description

The AI Operations Specialist is a staff-level role within GE Vernova's Wind Engineering AI Strategy & Transformation team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred (graduate-level coursework in AI, business analytics, technology strategy, or organizational management highly preferred).
3+ years of experience in operational excellence, program coordination, or transformation support within a complex technical or matrixed organization.
Proven ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and leadership-ready recommendations (demonstrated through 3+ years of professional experience).
2+ years of experience working with data and analytics tools, including the development of dashboards, performance reporting, and identifying trends.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights and leadership-ready recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for senior and executive audiences.
Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities, maintain accuracy under time pressure, and deliver consistently in ambiguous environments.
Collaborative working style with experience building relationships across functions and influencing without direct authority.
Comfort with data and analytics — including dashboards, trend analysis, and performance reporting.
