Job Description
The role involves providing high-level administrative support to company executives by managing calendars, streamlining workflows, preparing communications, and coordinating company initiatives in a fast-paced environment at the Mountain View office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and own scheduling for leadership, including setting meetings, preparing agendas, and tracking follow-ups
- Streamline workflows to help leadership focus on high-impact priorities
- Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Draft and edit presentations, briefs, and key communications
- Attend meetings, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through
- Coordinate and support planning of company-wide meetings and initiatives
- Handle sensitive information with discretion
- Support key projects by aligning teams, chasing updates, and managing deadlines
Requirements
- Support senior or executive-level leaders with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to stay ahead of priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong judgment and discretion with confidential information.
- Comfortable working across time zones and occasional off-hours.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace Suite.
Benefits & Perks
Salary Range: 80,000-130,000 USD
