Job Description
A sales position focused on educating and advising customers about solar energy solutions through in-home consultations, with a commission-based compensation structure and opportunities for high earnings and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
- Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
- Design in-home solar systems tailored to customer needs and property specifics
Requirements
- Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer education.
- Must be hungry and passionate about sales and results.
- Must be willing to educate, qualify, and advise future customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
- This is a commission-based opportunity with no cap on earning potential.
- Must be willing to participate in a 2-week company-paid sales training program.
- Must meet company-given KPI expectations to be eligible for earning between 100,000 and 200,000 dollars per year.
- Must be willing to work in a full-time, W-2, full-commission position.
- Must have the ability to work in the field after training, demonstrating dedication, creativity, resourcefulness, and speed.
- Must be able to work in Texas and Florida, serving residential customers in these states.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and provide customer-focused service throughout the entire solar journey, from marketing and sales to installation, service, and warranty coverage.
