Key Responsibilities
Educate and advise customers on the benefits of solar energy and energy conservation practices
Qualify potential customers to determine their suitability for solar solutions
Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout their solar journey
Meet sales KPIs and contribute to achieving sales targets
Participate in company-paid sales training to develop product and sales skills
Requirements
Must be a results-driven Sales Consultant with a passion for solar energy and customer education.
Must be an In-Home Solar Design Consultant capable of educating, qualifying, and advising customers on the benefits of smart energy conservation and consumption practices.
Must have the ability to serve customers throughout their entire solar journey, including marketing, sales, installation, service, and warranty coverage.
Must be willing to work in a commission-based position with no cap on earning potential.
Must complete a 2-week company-paid sales training program to prepare for success in the field.
Must meet company-given KPI expectations while in the field to achieve an average earning range between $100,000 and $200,000 per year.
Must be a W-2 employee in a full-commission position.
Must demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively educate and advise customers about solar energy benefits.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to company culture and processes.
