Commercial Licensed Journeyman

• Provides leadership for those reporting to you by clearly communicating the mission, goals, and values of Freedom Power. • Plans, coordinates and organizes people, equipment, tools, and materials to promote the safe, efficient, and timely construction of the project. • Ensures that construction equipment is correctly operated and maintained. • Maintains accurate reporting records including job quantities, productivity rates, timesheets, photos, and daily management reports. (Procore) • May assist in developing a weekly schedule and in carrying out a sequence of activities for assigned crew. • Responsible for timely completion of work assignments within the estimated costs while maintaining the company’s reputation for quality workmanship/product. • Responsible for the safety of those on the crew and will conduct all operations according to all applicable company and government safety regulations. • Develops and conducts toolbox meetings; communicates safety concerns, work scope, plans, and schedules to lead and crews. • Ensures that crew members clock in and out daily to log work hours. • Monitors compliance by all employees under his/her supervision with all FSP policies. • Assist with other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of construction experience required. • Active Electrical Journeyman or Master Electrician License Required. • Ability to travel and work varying shifts as needed to include weekends and overtime. Valid Driver’s License Required. • OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred. • Mechanical experience and/or aptitude • Ability to withstand heights, be on roofs, and climb ladders • Ability to lift 50-75+ lbs routinely • Ability to bend, stretch, squat, and lift • Ability to work in 30-100+ degree weather, as well as in wet and dry conditions
