Job Description

As a Working Student within our Logistics Operations team, you will play an important role in supporting the movement of materials and equipment between suppliers, manufacturing facilities, and project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Support the execution of just-in-time logistics activities across suppliers, manufacturing locations, and project sites.
Prepare and maintain logistics and business-related documentation.
Review freight and shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness.
Send shipment notifications to relevant stakeholders.
Track and monitor shipments and provide status updates as needed.
Maintain and update shipment information in Fluence systems and databases.
Edit, organize, and archive logistics documentation.
Review and process freight invoices in accordance with internal procedures.
Provide operational support to the Logistics team as required.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program at a recognized German university.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English or German.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
