Job Description
Job Title: Facility Sr. Manager Location: Bangalore, India Hours : 5 days a week Reports To : Direct report to Sr. Director Global EHS & Facilities
Key Responsibilities
- The Facility Manager is responsible for the efficient, reliable, and employee‑centric operation of the Global Innovation Centre (GIC) office in India. This role ensures seamless day‑to‑day functioning of the workplace, manages building and vendor relationships, oversees lease and compliance administration, and delivers a high‑quality office experience that supports Fluence’s culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- The Facility Manager acts as the primary liaison with building management, service providers, and internal stakeholders to maintain a safe, ergonomic, and productive work environment.
