Job Description
We're looking for a Student Intern to join our R&D organization in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities
- We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and curious Student Intern to join our Engineering team in Bangalore. In this role, you will learn and contribute to the automation and quality assurance of Fluence products and systems within an integrated continuous delivery environment.
- You will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies in renewable energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS), software quality engineering, and AI-enabled productivity tools while working alongside experienced engineers in a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Function: Engineering / R&D Employment Type: Internship
- Location: Bangalore, India Function: Engineering / R&D Internship Duration: 3 - 6 Months (based on academic requirements and business needs)
- Learn tools, technologies, and engineering practices involved in the design, development, validation, and delivery of Fluence products and systems.
- Gain foundational knowledge of the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) domain and renewable energy technologies.
- Learn and practice Agile development methodologies and modern software engineering processes.
- Contribute to the automation of product validation and quality assurance activities.
- Support continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
- Assist in executing and maintaining automated test suites.
- Participate in troubleshooting, defect analysis, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with software developers, quality engineers, and product teams.
- Help ensure consistency, reliability, and quality of software releases.
Requirements
- Interest in emerging AI and LLM testing techniques.
- Curiosity about testing AI-powered features for: Accuracy Reliability Consistency Safety and unexpected behavior
- Understanding of software quality assurance concepts and test automation principles.
