Job Description

The Site Facilities Manager will lead the operations, maintenance, and transition of a new indoor facility in Austin, TX, ensuring operational excellence and coordinating with various teams and external vendors to establish the site as a fully functional part of Exowatt's renewable energy infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the transition of an existing structure into a fully operational Exowatt facility
Manage daily maintenance operations of the facility
Establish operational excellence at the Austin location
Build and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers

Requirements

Candidates must have experience in leading operations at a facility, including overseeing the transition of an existing structure into a fully operational facility.
Candidates must have experience managing daily maintenance operations at a large industrial site.
Candidates must have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.
Candidates must be based in the Austin, TX area, as the position is only considering candidates located in Austin.
Candidates must be willing to perform hands-on leadership responsibilities at a 48,000 square foot indoor facility situated on an 11.2-acre industrial site.
