Job Description
Student / Intern (Fixed Term) (Trainee)
Requirements
- Passion and motivation to pursue a career in Human Resources.
- Effective communication skills and a customer centric mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams.
- Presently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business, or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to work in the Berlin, CT office two to three days per week,15-20 hours weekly.
- Interns are paid through our Managed Service Provider Program and are not employees of Eversource. Pay rates are hourly, based on year of graduation and if the role is technical or non-technical. Rates start at $18.56 for a freshman and go up to $22.37 for a graduate level student.
