Job Description
The Video Program Manager, Audience Engagement Amplification at Esri is responsible for maximizing the reach and impact of the company's video content through strategic promotion, content repurposing, and collaboration with marketing and business teams to develop distribution campaigns and maintain a user-friendly video library.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize the value of existing video content through promotion, repurposing, and strategic management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute distribution campaigns for videos.
- Build and maintain a user-friendly video library to facilitate access and sharing of video content.
- Track, analyze, and report on video usage and performance metrics to inform content strategy.
- Act as a liaison with business units to promote video content aligned with their communication goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, creative services, or a related field.
- Experience developing and leading creative campaigns to strategically extend influence.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and business teams.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities to maximize the value of existing assets.
- Experience building systems or processes to organize content, track usage, and streamline access for stakeholders.
- Experience using metrics and analytics to measure performance, share insights, and inform future strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field.
