Job Description
A Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting processes to identify, engage, and hire qualified candidates for technical roles within the company's Product Development and Engineering teams, while building strong relationships and maintaining a healthy talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting and employee selection efforts within the Product Development and Engineering division.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting plans.
- Create and execute sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates across various roles.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality candidates reflecting the Esri brand.
- Build relationships with leadership teams and serve as a thought partner throughout the recruiting process.
- Manage candidates through the hiring process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Develop deep business knowledge of the division and exchange knowledge with peers.
- Maintain recruiting metrics, analyze trends, and drive effective hiring decisions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of full cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing and closing for technical positions at all levels
- Demonstrated track record of building successful partnerships at all organizational levels
- Solid capacity to conduct behavioral competency assessments and determine best placement of talent
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies and build diverse talent pipelines
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, creativity, flexibility, maturity, and sound judgment
- Motivation to take initiative and a passion for results
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, or communications

Base salary range of $70,720 - $116,480 USD
