Job Description
A geospatial solutions specialist responsible for working with customers to design, implement, and support enterprise GIS workflows using Esri's ArcGIS platform, helping organizations leverage location intelligence to make informed decisions, particularly within the Defense and Intelligence sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with customers to identify, design, and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform
- Provide platform configuration guidance and best practices for Esri technology solutions
- Recommend strategies, architectures, and solutions, and assist with implementation and migration planning
- Present complex GIS technical demonstrations to diverse customer organizations
- Collaborate with customer IT teams to align technical objectives and business goals with Esri solutions
Requirements
- Five (5) years of professional experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities.
- Professional experience designing, implementing, and/or administrating enterprise GIS solutions systems that leverage the ArcGIS platform Desktop, Server, and Online.
- Proven experience leveraging Esri’s software capabilities including mapping, field operations, spatial analysis and data science, 3D visualization and analytics, data management, and developer APIs.
- Pro-actively craft and propose solutions that clarify how GIS brings business value to address critical business challenges faced by customers, specifically in the Intelligence domain.
- Proven experience with GIS workflow automation patterns.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas, whether to other technical peers or non-technical peers, project managers, and/or customers.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, verbal communication, multi-tasking, and presentation skills.
- U.S. citizenship with Active or Current Top Secret Security Clearance within the last 2 years, with SCI eligibility.
