Job Description
A Support Analyst I at Esri provides technical support and problem-solving assistance to customers using the ArcGIS platform, helping them effectively utilize GIS tools and expanding their knowledge through collaborative and innovative interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone.
- Analyze customer issues to identify core problems and potential solutions.
- Stay current on new releases and learn multiple Esri products to expand support capabilities.
- Partner with team members to identify patterns, align on solutions, and resolve cases.
- Maintain comprehensive case documentation in the CRM system.
Requirements
- One year of professional and customer service-oriented experience in a similar position supporting similar responsibilities.
- Experience with the usage and performance of ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, and/or ArcGIS Enterprise.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers with varying technical aptitudes in GIS and information technology.
- Must be self-motivated, a proactive problem solver, team-oriented, and creative.

- Bachelor’s degree in geography, computer science, GIS, information technology, environmental science, natural resources, or a related STEM field.

Base salary range of $66,560 to $83,200 USD
