Job Description
A senior GIS professional responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise GIS solutions using Esri technology, primarily supporting defense and intelligence clients, and working closely with customers to optimize location-based workflows and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to design, certify, and optimize GIS workflows on the ArcGIS platform.
- Provide platform configuration guidance and best practices for innovative Esri solutions.
- Identify and demonstrate the value of location intelligence within customer workflows.
- Develop and deliver complex GIS technical demonstrations to diverse customer teams.
- Collaborate with customer IT teams to align technical objectives with business goals.
- Support the implementation of enterprise GIS solutions leveraging ArcGIS software components.
- Proactively propose GIS solutions that address critical business challenges, especially in Defense and Intelligence domains.
Requirements
- 8 years of professional experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities
- Proven experience leveraging Esri s software capabilities including mapping, field operations, spatial analysis and data science, 3D visualization and analytics, data management, and developer APIs
- Advanced ArcGIS Platform Configuration skills
- Advanced programming and scripting experience with Python, Arcade, and or HTML JavaScript
- Knowledge in modeling and managing logical and topological network data
- System administration experience on Windows
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, mathematics, geographic information systems, or STEM related field
