• Collaborate in a team to create industry-leading software for 3D reconstruction from images and lidar, scene understanding as well as visualization solutions
• Develop scalable, high‑performance software that enables cutting‑edge social and environmental innovation, including global monitoring applications powered by GIS
• Build the product to process Images, Point Clouds, Textured Meshes and Gaussian Splats at scale using high performance computing techniques and GPU acceleration
• Drive advancements in state‑of‑the‑art algorithms across computer vision, photogrammetry, machine learning, and computer graphics
• Shape the product vision and technical direction for a rapidly growing community of reality‑capture users
• 5+ years of professional experience in writing production code with expert level C++ skills (modern C++ standards, performance optimization)
• Proven experience designing and delivering complex software components in production environments
• Demonstrated ability to research, design, implement, test, debug, and work efficiently in large, shared codebases
• Eagerness to continuously grow in team communication and selfleadership - with desire to mentor o Interest in the geospatial industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Geomatics Engineering, or a related field
• Fluent English speaker (German is a plus)
• Existing work authorization for Germany
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with/affinity for 3D data
