Job Description
A project management and consulting role leading the implementation of geospatial technology solutions for defense and intelligence clients, involving requirements analysis, design, build, deployment, and business development to deliver impactful spatial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of technology implementation projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, build, configuration, and deployment.
- Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customers and strategic partners.
- Collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to develop proposals, align project objectives, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of location-based solutions, and support spatial thinking processes.
- Drive business development by defining project strategies, creating proposals, and expanding relationships with existing and new customers.
- Advise customers on innovative Esri technology solutions, architectures, and migration strategies to support decision-making and mission-critical systems.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in a similar position, supporting similar responsibilities
- Professional experience leading and managing IT based projects
- An understanding of Defense and Intel customer needs developed through experience supporting Defense and or Intel customers
- Strong project management skills, with demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate and translate customer s business goals, objectives, and strategies into technical plans and solutions
- Ability to clearly communicate technical ideas, whether to other technical peers or non-technical peers or customers
- Proposal writing experience, including preparing executive summaries, solution definition, scope of services, staffing, and pricing
- US citizenship and active TS Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geography, or related STEM field

Base salary range of $107,120 to $183,040 USD
