Job Description
A Senior Project Manager in Business Management responsible for overseeing the operational implementation, coordination, and delivery of complex cross-divisional projects related to licensing, pricing, and support of ArcGIS products, ensuring timely releases and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex cross-divisional software projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and business objectives
- Lead project planning discussions to define scope, objectives, risks, and interdependencies with stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and decision-making to drive alignment and influence outcomes
- Identify and resolve project issues, balancing priorities and constraints
- Ensure project quality, timelines, and deliverables for successful product releases
- Optimize project management workflows and processes for efficiency and cross-team coordination
- Support change management by communicating updates, setting expectations, and promoting adoption
- Gather post-release feedback to identify improvements and collaborate on refinements
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a project manager supporting software product releases.
- Working proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Airtable.
- Technical understanding and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience owning and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives from initiation through release.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Decisiveness in identifying priorities and resolving issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills including clear communication, diplomacy, and ability to facilitate and influence in a cross-functional environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
