Job Description
A Senior Product Engineer at Esri's Global Community Engagement Team develops and enhances geospatial community platforms using ArcGIS technologies, focusing on user experience, innovation, and collaboration to foster global community engagement through GIS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced ArcGIS Hub and ArcGIS Online solutions using full-stack development skills.
- Build and evolve community platform templates and enablement materials for stakeholders.
- Analyze and improve community engagement workflows across internal and global partner networks.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance geospatial products and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Create documentation, presentations, and storytelling materials to showcase community success.
- Influence Esri's global community engagement strategy through cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
- Five years of experience across digital design, programming, and product engineering, preferably in the geospatial ecosystem.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Python, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of GIS theory and application, particularly ArcGIS Online and ArcGIS Hub.
- Ability to travel up to 10 times internationally.
- Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, or a related field.

Compensation/salary range: $92,144 - $153,920 USD
Work schedule: Minimum of 80 hours of vacation leave, twelve paid holidays throughout the year
